    Requirements:

    Previous experience in Information Technology or related area represents an advantage
    Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Computer Science or related field
    Fluent in English
    Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office package)
    Basic IT and network skills (CoS, RTD, etc.)

    Responsabilitati

    Back office activities for Allianz Operational Entities that include:

    Monthly review network reports, create customer summary presentation
    Review performance for WAN tier 2 and above on a monthly basis
    Weekly review operation reports
    Review capacity reports
    Create slides for the operational customer meeting
    Prepare and track operational meetings:
    - schedule and organize meetings
    - create/align meeting agendas and minutes
    - track activities
    Prepare service offer and track and document the approval
    Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses
    Organize and participate in operational workshops
