    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst.

    The main objective of the role is support department by providing reports and analysis on the activities and programs covered, progress, results and impacts, to give visibility and facilitate decision making. The activity involves combining data from multiple sources, ȋn order to obtain in-depth analysis and detailed conclusions.

    Requirements:
    - Typically 2-4 years of related experience (e.g.: business analyst, technical business, etc.);
    - Fluent in English language;
    - Advanced technical skills: VBA - advanced; knowledge of working with Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics, Flash Pro, QulickView would be an advantage;
    - Excellent knowledge of PC skills: MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and of data modeling, defining/creating databases and queries in Microsoft SQL Server;
    - Experience with custom development projects;
    - Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation);
    - Developed problem-solving and analytical skills;
    - Very good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
    - Customer oriented.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Responsible for implementing new tools, processes and capabilities that retail activities impacting directly or indirectly;
    - Develop reports and analyzes to monitor the activities covered;
    - Making tests and quality checks to ensure the accuracy of the reports/analyzes developed;
    - Organize and drive requirements prioritization meetings;
    - Assist development team during implementation of new features;
    - Work with support and development team to analyze and track issues;
    - Actively supports the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high performance culture.
