    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Global Marketing Operations Specialist.

    The Global Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for the management, coordination and for the advanced support and on-boarding of applications into the portfolio of global company web-based marketing applications based on the defined SLAs and in close alignment with the business partners’ objectives.

    Requirements:
    - First-level university degree or equivalent experience;
    - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in marketing communications/education/training/business operations or similar operational functions;
    - Minimum of 3 years of project management experience;
    - HTML or Java experience an advantage;
    - Strategic thinking;
    - Strong project management and communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation);
    - Mastery in English language;
    - Experience with process analysis and improvement projects, ability to identify optimization potential and to drive change.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Active business engagement with defined business partners and timely execution of requested communications and project management with internal owners, user guides, and for communications information/knowledge web portals, various types of documentation/collateral, communication infrastructure management;
    - End-to-end third party vendor/service provider management if required for service execution;
    - Overall consultancy and change management as well as definition of project goals and status, facilitating and supporting change and enabling an application’s migration towards a standardized service delivery model;
    - Analysis and driving optimization with the aim to optimally exploit cost saving potential;
    - Interface between businesses and key project stakeholders, enabling bi-directional information transfer if required;
    - Coordinate and participate in meetings with various interdependent teams/key stakeholders and provide your support related to the subject matter or to drive change management;
    - Participation in and/or organization of worldwide and regional services review meetings;
    - Support of interdependent marketing operations tasks within the services team;
    - Create reports and business metric to support the customer, the operations teams and technical support.
