    Requirements

    -University degree - economic background would be a plus;
    -Fluency in Turkish (written & spoken) and English;
    -Experience in economics, finance or channel partner business would be a plus;
    -Strong organizationa
    - Ability to work with tight deadlines
    -Team player and proactive

    Responsibilities

    - Provide daily operational support to Partners on financial claims processes
    - Provides guidelines for process execution and follows up with partners and other stakeholders on process execution
    - Conducts regular operational reviews
    - Delivers reporting documentation to partners and other stakeholders
    - Acts as first point of escalation for partners and internal stakeholders
    - Ensures that the processes are conducted according to the established guidelines
    - Escalates issues accordingly
