    Requirements

    Your Profile

    - good command of the English language, German would be an advantage
    - good MS Office skills, especially Excel
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills
    - Team player, flexible and open minded
    - Results oriented
    - Proactive and calm attitude
    - Multitasking
    - Able to prioritize tasks
    - Available to work 6 hrs/day (ideally between 08:30-14:30)

    Responsibilities

    Your Tasks
    • Organize and supervise the general maintenance of the office
    • Register visitors and make sure they meet their contact person
    • Answer/ redirect phone calls, notes and transmit messages in due time
    • Receive, distribute and prepare courier/ postal sending
    • Operate meeting room/ parking spaces reservations
    • Order all necessary office supplies in due time, verify existing stocks
    • Ensure functionality of the office equipment at all times
    • Office assets management
    • Register all incoming and outgoing documents
    • Organize protocol
    • Scan and file documents
