    Knowledge and Experience:

    Essential
    • Application systems
    o experience in recording and solving application support issues
    o prioritizing requests
    o implementing and communicating timely solutions
    • Excellent SQL skills
    • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
    • VBA is considered a plus

    Desirable
    • Knowledge of business analysis and modelling
    • Knowledge of PL/SQL

    Responsabilitati

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Act as a liaison between the internal customer and the technical teams to ensure requirements are understood
    • Be proactive and foresee project perspective from a business point of view
    • Creating, analyzing and delivering business solutions based on company needs
    • First level support on company systems
    • Work as an integrated member of the development team with shared responsibility for delivery
    • Participate in the system test phase
    • Maintenance of company applications


    Key Tasks:
    • Assist customers in requirements identification
    • Actively take part in business meetings as a technical consultant
    • Be proactive regarding any new features that would help improve the company systems and propose business changes to stakeholders
    • Writing functional and technical specifications
    • Perform training to business users on new application functionalities
    • Develop a testing strategy and apply it on new application features
    • Solve and prioritize any system related support issues
    • Monitor the deadlines and check the accuracy of the project 0065xecution
    • Monitor the company’s systems from a performance point of view
    • Be proactive regarding any new features that would help improve the company systems
    • Liaise with software suppliers on the development of system enhancements to overcome known problems or further fulfill business requirements
    • Develop in-house technical solutions that add value to the business
