    Requirements

    Higher Degree in Supply Chain / Business or similar
    Experience in sales, logistic, debt collection or direct work with clients in FMCG, wholesale or retailer sector
    Min. 2 years of experience in B2B with customer facing role
    Negotiation, sales, customer service and telephone skills
    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
    Driving license B category
    Ability to travel across country
    Fluent Romanian with advanced English

    Responsibilities


    Maximizing the asset productivity through managing proper asset flows in the entrusted region
    Control and improve assets collection performances; support asset recovery initiatives
    Establish and maintain relationships at appropriate levels with customers in entrusted locations
    Train and influence customers’ collection points to ensure the CHEP service is delivered, leading to improved customer satisfaction, collection performance, increased growth, reduced equipment losses and subsequently improved profitability for CHEP
    Manage audit program based on account portfolio implementation
    Control correct information flows to operational computer database / programs
    Provide increase in customer satisfaction through continuous meetings and trainings for Retailers staff according to recognized needs
    Provide feedback on market and customer information to relevant teams for new business or competitor info
    Comply with the safety legislation, policies and procedures
