    Requirements


    • University degree (economic profile, preferable accounting knowledge)
    • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
    • Excellent communication abilities, customer oriented, dynamic and proactive, building relationships, networking
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel

    Responsibilities

    • Creation of purchase requests in Ariba System (Procure to Payment System), Receiving the goods and services, follow-up of invoice posting and close monitoring and follow-up of Purchase Orders,
    • Purchase orders management – monitoring of orders, resolving mismatches, answer to request from Global Service Centre for topics related to orders and purchase to payment flow
    • Processing payments in HPR System (Healthcare Professional Payment Review), insuring proper documentation is in place
    • iConnect event finalization – monitoring
    • Creation of vendor master data in Janssen procurement systems
    • Comply with SOX requirements and J&J internal procedures
    • Other business services/finance tasks to be defined
    • Archive documentation related to area of responsibility
