    Requirements

    • At least 2 years Customer Service experience;
    • Must have completed Post Secondary education (College/University degree);
    • English Fluent and German Advanced;
    • Any other European Language skills a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic);
    • SAP, Oracle experience a plus;
    • Proven organization and self-motivation abilities;
    • Eager to learn and work in a changing and fast growing environment;
    • Customer and action oriented;
    • Self motivated with good communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Order Entry: SAP, Oracle and Siebel;
    • Customer Invoicing;
    • Customer Credit Notes;
    • New Customer Set Up;
    • Execute Approved Special Pricing;
    • Order Acknowledgement;
    • Customer Master data set up and maintenance;
    • Expedites (work with planning, manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, & customer);
    • Communicating and liaising with local sales affiliates.

    Secondary Responsibilities:

    • 3rd Party Purchases & Order Management;
    • Factories and indirect purchases;
    • Outbound & Return Logistics Issues;
    • Inbound Supply Chain Issues;
    • PO Verification & Compliance;
    • Experience with documentation and regulations for exporting to other countries;
