Customer Support Specialist with German

• A minimum of 6 months Customer support experience
• College/University degree
• English and German fluent skills;
• SAP/ Oracle/ Siebel experience is a plus;
• Organization and self-motivation abilities;
• Customer oriented;
• Self motivated with good communication skills;
• Performs customer invoicing activities;
• Sets up new customer portfolio;
• Executes Approved Special Pricing;
• Performs Order Acknowledgement;
• Expedites files relates to planning, manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, & customer;
• Communicates and liaises with local sales affiliates;
• Performs 3rd Party Purchases & Order Management;
• Performs Indirect purchases;
• Outbound & Return Logistics Issues
• Settles Inbound Supply Chain Issues
• Performs PO Verification & Compliance;
• Works with documentation and regulations for exporting to Africa, Russian and Middle Eastern Countries
