    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Content Administrator with English language.

    The Content Administrator (CA) is responsible to execute the content management activities for his own region, by populating Prism with chunks for all products in the concerned business, with the expected quality (time, completeness, accuracy). Prism is the Content Management solution (application and processes) which support the management of the Core product information to deliver content for on-line and off-line publication purposes. The core product information covers the re-usable information (chunks) of our products (Messaging, Features, Technical specifications, accessories and compatibilities). A Chunk is a piece of information which is categorized by additional information (Meta data).

    Requirements:
    - Bachelors or undergraduate degree;
    - Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
    - Fluent English (written and spoken), excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
    - Technical sensibility (database, content, and web) is a plus;
    - Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure unsupervised;
    - Organized, able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    - Execute Content Management activities respecting the planning;
    - Work Closely with Content Specialist and Team Leader to ensure overall planning and tasks execution;
    - Escalate to Team Lead in case of problem;
    - Execute Quality defined tasks;
    - Control consistency between business rules and NPI;
    - Execute the processes validated by the Content Specialist and approved by the Operation manager;
    - Initialize Prism, collaborate in the data acquisition, data validation and translation & localization;
    - Report immediately to his Team Leader all the problems he finds;
    - Report to the Team Lead the new needs (new functionalities, developments, etc.);
    - Use Prism reports to check the content quality.
