At least 1 year experience in a similar role
University Degree (preferably Business Administration or similar)
Fluent English written and spoken
Basic SAP user experience is a strong plus
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
Support the Financial Controller in day to day activities (data gathering, administrative tasks); Preparations of reports in order for the financial analysis to be done.
Gathering data and producing reports; Preparing SAP reports regarding
- Plan / Forecast
Cost & Revenue Verification (CRV)’ support: collect and maintain the CRV feedback
Support in generating of status updates and support to Financial Controller to prepare management presentations
Track and help documenting the progress and results of the SAP reports
Track evidence of work documentations
Supporting in adhoc admin requests which include creating and maintaining MoMs of meetings, tracking the task lists, preparing reports and formatting them (extracting from SAP)
Good organizational skills
Team working skills in intercultural environment
Well-developed interpersonal skills
