    Requirements

    -Good understanding of HR policies and best practices and ability to put these into practice;

    Responsibilities

    -Deploy recruitment and selection processes entry level professionals and specialists;
    -Offer support to department managers in designing and updating department schemes and job descriptions;
    -Analyze and decide upon the most successful recruitment strategies, create job ads and promote jobs in different channels;
    -Conduct competencies based selection interviews and make the appropriate interviews reports;
    -Deliver induction training sessions and ensure administrative support for external trainings;
    -Manage the relation with the personnel administration and payroll consultants and ensure the quality of the service;
    -In charge with gathering documents for the personnel file;
    -Executing and verifying the timesheets, verifying the monthly payrolls, centralizing and archiving the salary documents;
    -Informs the manager about sensitive situations regarding personnel and propose solutions;
    -Offer administrative support for the performance appraisal process;
    -Organize events for employees and provide logistical support for internal and external trainings;
    -Create and update internal and external reports.
