    Requirements

    - Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree;
    - Experienced Project Management Skills;
    - Negotiating skills in difficult situations;
    - Finance and Accounting know-how is a plus;
    -Fluently spoken and written of English;
    - Proficient computer skills - MS Office;
    - Ability to work in a structured and careful way;
    - Team player and ability to work in a flexible way;
    - Willingness to travel.

    Responsibilities

    - Nomination of a Project Team for assigned transition projects;
    - Overall coordination of a transition project team that is assigned to the transition projects;
    - Contact and negotiation partner for the local management and the management in the Shared Service Center;
    - Escalation and risk management within the transition project;
    - Maintaining and implementation of a project management plan;
    - Ensures the utilization of a standardized transition approach;
    - Ensures the required project documentation and agreements;
    - Leads Management Meeting, Kick-off meeting, Quality Gate Meeting, Project Workshops and Project Closure Meetings;
    - Reports the project status and ensures the quantitative project targets (i.e. costs).
