- Strong quantitative analytical skills;
- Hands-on experience with web analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics);
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and/or Big Data software;
- Experience with regular expressions;
- Passive knowledge of HTML and JavaScript;
- Advanced knowledge of Excell;
- Autonomous with good organizational and multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams;
- Highly motivated, goal driven, flexible and capable of working in a fast-paced environment;
- Eager to learn;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

- Providing actionable insights to the wider marketing team;
- Identifying internal needs and mapping suitable analytics solutions;
- Making sure all required performance data is reliably tracked and reported;
- Performing technical audits for corrective or advanced web analytics implementations;
- Collaborating with internal web developers for tagging implementations;
- Providing technical assistance to the marketing team to produce marketing dashboards via Excel and various APIs (e.g. Mazeberry);
- Designing and building out BI tools & dashboards;
- Monitoring, interpreting and commenting specific KPI's on a weekly or monthly basis.
