• At least 2 years’ experience in a technical position
• Experience in an energy related business is a plus
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel
• Fluency in English
• Organized and self-motivated person
• Attention to detail and the desire to take responsibility for assigned customers
• Familiar with operating IT software and a working knowledge of Microsoft products

• Monitor and control the production on a regular basis
• Validate the platform performances and output accuracy
• Implement the client bespoke requirements, captured by the Accenture front office colleagues and ensure production according to expectations
• Ensure that the market knowledge is correctly implemented and represented in the platform
• Update and expand the industry knowledge in all the commodities required by the department for progression in European and non-European countries
• Monitor and coordinate the market updates of regulated and non-regulated charges in the company platforms and systems and deploy them directly when required in a timely and efficient manner
• Take part in all training exercises internally and externally
• Track and monitor the system performances and report any potential warning in terms of technical efficiency, speed of the system delivery, mismatch and errors, recognized in the system
