    Requirements

    • 3 years’ experience in a technical service delivery position
    • 2 years’ experience in an energy related business would be an advantage
    • Experience in consultative delivery activities
    • Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel
    • Experienced working within a high performance culture
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English, additional languages such as German, Dutch, French, etc. would be preferable;
    • Organised, self-motivated and can work independently
    • A good team player who is a self-starter who likes to get the job done properly first time
    • Highly numerate with a critical eye for detail and experienced at multi-tasking

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, monitor and technically implement the service delivery to existing clients
    • Supervise and update services and performances
    • Accomplish staff job results by coaching and counselling employees
    • Implement enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Monitor, coordinate and lead the market updates of regulated and non-regulated charges in the company platforms and systems and deploy them directly when required in a timely and efficient manner;
    • Run independent production checks, validate the accuracy of the production and the database population in order to plan changes and improvements
    • Support the Production Team as a technical helpdesk of the department providing information and training in the techniques to adopt in the platform management and software usage
