    Requirements

    Your profile:

    - Medium English skills
    - Very good communication skills
    - Above average problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
    - Good time and project management skills

    Technical Skills:

    - Working knowledge of I.T. requirements / demands in call center operations
    - Strong working knowledge in MS Excel
    - Working knowledge in database administration such as MS SQL is a plus
    - Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

    Responsibilities

    - Prepare periodical reports based on the results / productivity of current projects for internal and external customers of the company, according to the specifications of each project
    - Prepare the customer database and takes appropriate format for its recycling
    - Process the database in accordance with the script approved by the computer system
    - Offer support to Project Managers and Operations Manager with the preparation of statistics and reports
    - Assist project managers and the assistant managers regarding reporting activity
    - Analyze and process data according to the requests of the client, following the detailed evolution of parameters for each project
    - Inform the line manager about the irregularities occurred and propose measures to deal with them
