    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    − Bachelor’s degree
    − 1-3 years in a customer service related position or prior Human Resources staffing experience
    − Previous experience in project management preferred
    − Nice to have experience/background in recruiting projects
    − Ability to multi-task and work with multiple clients simultaneously
    − Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-up coupled with strong judgment in setting priorities and providing information
    − Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Steelcase communications systems
    − Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of internal and external customers
    − Able to compose, edit and prepare written communications, documents and reports
    − Demonstrated knowledge of, and ability to apply, fundamental Human Resources concepts and practices
    − Ability to work independently and with limited supervision

    Responsabilitati

    − Supports the Steelcase full time hiring process
    − Supports recruiters from the releasing of requisitions
    − Setting up candidate interviews/travel, all the way to coordinating on-boarding (i.e., compliance, orientation, etc.)
    − Responsible for executing tasks based on established processes and procedures relating to all aspects of staffing/recruitment and on boarding
    − Participate on projects as requested
    − Participate in continuous process improvement and development team(s) to improve current processes and implement new processes
    − Draft and post the job posting internally/externally and to state unemployment site
    − Create and distribute interview guides
    − Schedule interviews with candidate and interview team for internal and external candidates, as well as arrange travel (Air Transportation, Car Rental, Hotel Stay)
    − Process candidate’s reimbursements with A/P
    − Create the offer letter and offer package together
    − Manage the candidate documents
    − Send New Hire Checklist/Orientation email to manager
    − Send welcome email to all new hires
    − Provide first day orientation to new hires
    − Manage the candidates’ information in Open Hire and close the filled job requisition
    − Involved in recruiting projects: sourcing candidates on recruiting sites, post adds, phone screening, participate to interviews (for the internship/entry level roles)
    − Participate to job fairs/universities events

    Mission
    In this role you will be working with cloud platform provided by Silkroad (Open Hire and Red Carpet) where you should be able to analyze HR processes and provide solutions for our Steelcase business. In the same time you will be involved in testing different processes and implementing new functionalities.

    Also, you will be working with our new Talent tool on which you should offer support and maintenance for different regions.
