    For a multinational company specialized in aluminium die casting processes we are recruiting an HR Generalist. The production plant is based in Prejmer, Brasov and has a headcount between 50 and 100 employees.

    Requirements:
    Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position (recruitment and personnel administration);
    University degree in related fields (Economics, Sociology, Psichology, etc.);
    Graduate from the Human Resources Inspector course;
    Very good command of English;
    Excellent communication skills;
    Organizing and planning abilities.

    Responsabilitati

    Maintaining evidence regarding the number of hours worked by the employees;
    Calculating salaries and processing salary transfers;
    Preparing and managing personnel files: generating new contracts and addenda, drafting work safety documentation, making appointments for medical examination, keeping documentation related to studies and criminal record, etc.;
    Managing recruitment and hiring processes for the vacant positions in the company;
    Keeping a good relationship with the Territorial Labour Inspectorate;
    Keeping personnel records and generating reports recquired by the management.
