    Cunostinte Excel: nivel mediu, programe de contabilitate (ERP: Navision constituie un avantaj).
    Persoana organizata, atenta la detalii, rezistenta la stres, cu initiativa, capabila de a lucra independent

    Responsabilitati

    • Mentinerea relatiilor cu bancile si rezolvarea tuturor problemelor si schimbarilor care apar in relatia cu banca
    • Informarea zilnica a Directorului General cu privire la disponibilitatile banesti ale firmei si a platilor pe care firma le are de efectuat inclusiv scadentele
    • Efectuarea platilor in lei si valuta, schimburi valutare, depunerea/retragerea numerarului de la banca
    • Completarea documentatiei cerute de banca in vederea emiterii sau reinnoirii scrisorilor de garantie.
    • Tinerea evidentei scrisorilor de garantie si informarea Directorul General si persoanele interesate ori de cate ori expira termenul unei scrisori de garantie.
    • Pregatirea actelor necesare in vederea obtinerii si instalarii POS urilor bancare.
    • Printarea zilnica a extraselor bancare si inregistrarea lor in softul Navision
    • Alocarea pe facturi a sumelor rambursate catre clienti
    • Intocmirea zilnica a registrului de casa, efectuarea incasarilor si platilor in numerar, verificarea deconturilor primite de la angajati
