This job requires involvement in the purchasing department, to enable automation of reports and automation of repetitive SAP tasks (closing orders, for example).
We have multiple operational tasks in the Purchasing Space and we will need to automate the standard ones across EMEA Region and extend the automation method globally. All communication (email/ phone/chat) shall be done in English in a professional business manner.
The set of data required is specific, it is acquired in a mid-period and requires good knowledge of programming and systems.
Offers technical support and guidance to the users of the existing Local Solutions (Application).
Monitors and resolves the incidents and queries received from the users.
Creates new tools, medium to complex, at user’s request.
Database maintenance – mass uploads different sets of data in the system.
Analyze of benefits vs costs to input in the assessment of the decision whether a new tool makes sense to be created.
Assists the user in requesting the proper accesses in the systems.
Performs testing and validation on new functionalities and/ or bug fixes in the Application and suggests possible improvements.
