    • Detail orientated and solution focused
    • Able to manage at mid-level across multiple cultures
    • Ability to manage operators and internal resources
    • Able to maintain accurate project plans and reports
    • Clear and succinct communication and escalation when issues arise
    • Service Desk or Contact Center experience
    • PMP, Prince2
    • Project Management
    • Degree Educated
    • English (B2 or above)
    • Any other foreign language is a plus

    Responsabilitati

    • To support delivery of elements of a programme or improvement plans inside Service Desk;
    • Creation of program plans in order to support milestone delivery;
    • Manage relationships on a country level with customer, operator and with internal resources
    • Report on progress to Service Desk manager in line with project requirements
    • Manage risk within their scope and escalate appropriately
    • Focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with stakeholders
    • Prepare project plans and track deliveries
    • Knowledge of organization's methodology and tools, how and when to escalate issues to higher levels. Analyzes the risks, impact and highlight to customer and senior management of Vodafone
    • Assist in the planning, delivery, testing, implementation and handover phases
    • Generally less than one year, and typically 3-6 months may be multi-phased effort, as a result of the work having different stakeholders.
