In Romania, Goodyear Dunlop is present since 1999 and it is represented by two different legal entities, Goodyear Dunlop Tires (Sales Office) and Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations.
Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations Romania is the Regional Business Services Center of Goodyear Dunlop EMEA, with focus on Procurement and Record to Report activities. The RBS Center in Bucharest started back in July 2011. The core mission of the center has always been to provide internal customer satisfaction with the shared responsibility of delivery.

Education and experience:
•University degree in Business Administration and Management or Economics or related field
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pricing, FP&A, Procurement or Sales analyses
•Experience with Market research or in Sales related role is a plus
Skills & Qualifications:
•Advanced Excel & Powerpoint, Database work an advantage
•Knowledge of SAP
•Knowledge of Business/Pricing intelligence tools an advantage
•Ability to build relationships with different types of internal and external clients,
•Decent negotiation and persuading skills,
•Strategic and independent thinking with combining available information
•Ability to work with high volume of data,
•Solid analytical, problem solving and presentation skills

About the Role:
The Pricing Process Manager RoBgMd is an individual contributor position, responsible with defining, implementing, managing and controlling company's pricing policies based on the guidance of the Regional Pricing Team, market competitiveness and profitability target for Consumer tires.
As a member of the CE Consumer Pricing team you will:
•Define and implement seasonal price lists and net price policy.
•Propose and implement pricing actions for maintain own brands competitiveness in the market.
•Ensure the proper approval flow of Pricing requests (provide approvals as per actual matrix, support the management in decision-making if needed).
•Manage the annual pricing forecast according to the different discount levels for our sales channels.
•Define monthly/quarterly pricing campaigns, analysing their financial impact on ANSP & GP. Carry out post implementation reviews to evaluate the campaigns impact vs the initial estimation.
•Perform the pricing audits on regular basis. Review actual results and explain deviations versus the plan and previous period.
•Provide Pricing trainings for the internal community
