Activitatea desfasurata de EXCON CONSULTANTA porneste de la rolul strategic al resurselor umane in organizatii si de la necesitatea fiecaruia dintre noi de a reusi sa faca fata provocarilor lansate de piata muncii din Romania.
Metodele si tehnicile de selectie folosite de specialistii firmei sunt diferite, in functie de natura posturilor pentru care se efectueaza selectia, precum si de cerintele de ordin psiho-profesional necesare candidatilor pentru a se putea inscrie intr-un anumit tipar specific unei organizatii.
OBIECTIVUL EXCON CONSULTANTA este identificarea celei mai potrivite persoane pentru postul oferit, astfel incat serviciile oferite se adreseaza atat angajatorilor, cat si persoanelor aflate in cautarea unui loc de munca (absolventi ai unor institutii de invatamant superior cu sau fara experienta, precum si absolventi de studii medii cu diverse calificari).
In plus, activitatea de recrutare si selectie vizeaza intr-un procent insemnat tineri absolventi, oferind acestora sansa de a ocupa locuri de munca ce ofera conditii atractive de desfasurare a activitatii, pachete salariale motivante, precum si posibilitatea formarii profesionale la inceput de cariera.

We are looking for a HR Generalist who will cover a wide range of processes to support business objectives and HR initiatives.
You are the professional type we need in our organization. You should have:
• Master & Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of HR experience, with emphasis on labor and employee relations in a business environment
• Performance driven behavior & highly developed influencing skills
• A strong bias for action, keen sense of urgency and results oriented
• Excellent communications (written & verbal) skills
• Foreign language skills
• Computer skills (MS Office)

• Ensure that HR policies, practices, programs and processes are implemented and clearly communicated, understood and followed throughout the business.
• Contracting and new hire briefing, Contract modifications
• Develop and implement short or long term HR initiatives in support of business unit's strategic objectives and operational metrics.
• Payroll execution
• Maintenance of all HR related document (e.g.: personal files, mailing, scanning, filing, document retention, archiving etc.)
