    For our client, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, with operations in Romania, we are looking for a Content Manager, with foreign languages abilities (English and French).

    Desired skills:
    - Communication skills, English required and French - intermediate level (spoken and written);
    - Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
    - Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
    - Basic knowledge of HTML web programing language.

    Responsabilitati

    Administration of content within Hewlett Packard Enterprise’ proposal content repository (currently Hewlett Packard Enterprise Proposal Web).
    - Keep the documentation up-to-date, based on review timelines:
    a. outdated content ready for updating;
    b. for more complex texts ensuring that content is sent to the correct SME (Subject Matter Expert) or Business Unit Manager contact in-country for updating;
    - Consistently formatting documents in accordance with Hewlett Packard Enterprise branding guidelines;
    - Managing documents via designated metadata to be made available on the respective Proposal Web portal for download by defined users;
    - If applicable, link the documentation to the respective proposal automation functionality;
    - Ensuring new content formatting and the upload to Proposal Web (i.e. content is provided to Content Manager from other colleagues if identified as being suitable proposal-ready content not yet available in Proposal Web);
    - Supporting of proposal management activities by searching for content within Proposal Web;
    - Maintaining and supporting Proposal Web automation tools (Wizard, e-basket, Online Quote Editor);
    - Ensuring Proposal Web country portal quality, maintenance and development in line with country requirements by running regular audit checks on portals quality;
    - Ensure both Hewlett Packard Enterprise and partner users have a positive and qualitative user experience on Proposal Web, reflected in the company KPIs.

    Translation management responsibility might be part of a content manager’s role, which consists of a centrally monitored process:
    - Works with translation agency to provide local language content from country SMEs and Business Unit Managers;
    - Organizes the translation of required English proposal-ready content into the local language with the respective country/language contacts;
    - Follows a regular process of content recommendations & country requests, adheres to the available budget and quarterly allocation.
