    Requirements

    Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Support
    Team Leader should know PeopleSoft – to train the team members
    Attitude carrier level 1 and 2, user contact, a necessary first media experience, have a good relationship and goodwill to customers
    EXCEL advanced level (pivot table, cross tables, v look up
    Fluent English and French
    SQL is a plus

    Responsibilities

    Support Level 1 & 2 on the applications and tools of dematerialization and resources
    Managing customer communication in French and English
    Give feedback to the customer as soon as the incident is completed and also monthly reports activity
    Ticketing statistics to validate and description of activities, as well as requests for requested changes
    Monthly Point with officials from Paris in activity and weekly updates with Bangalore
    Climbing to the technical teams through the ticketing tool
    Maintain documentation, mailing lists and contacts application update
    Support of the platform, both in solving problems reassembled by users in process improvements and features in relation to the mastery of work in Paris and Bangalore
    The management and qualification of user requests and monitoring in the standard tool for ticketing, processing and solving these tickets
