- Connaissances technico – fonctionnelles finances
- Créer des requêtes/extractions SQL
- Français et Anglais courant

- Les nouveaux collègues doivent apporter une expertise technique et fonctionnelle solide et principalement sur l'application PeopleSoft Finance sur les modules AP, EX, PO et contribuer à/au:
- La prise en charge et la qualification des demandes utilisateurs et leur suivi dans l'outil standard de ticketing, le traitement et la résolution de ces tickets
- Support de la plate-forme, tant dans la résolution des problèmes remontés par les utilisateurs que dans l'amélioration des processus et fonctionnalités, en relation avec la maitrise d'œuvre à Paris et Bangalore
- L'analyse et au reporting des nouveaux besoins utilisateurs vers l'entité en charge des spécifications et des développements
