Product Manager

- A qualified candidate for the Product Manager position will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Software or related field, advanced degree preferred;
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams;
- Strong customer relationship building skills;
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills;
- Strong project management and organizational skills;
- Highly numeric aptitude with strong analytical skills;
- Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required;
- Start-up experience or relevant exerience in a product software company;

- Participates in overall product strategy, research & development efforts, and coordination with software development teams for new product features;
- Keeps up to date with competitors and analyzes the competitive landscape to translate into product requirements and marketing plans;
- Actively leads product development teams to define product priorities and work with product analyst;
- Responsible for overseeing the development, prioritization, and maintenance of accurate user stories to make effective use of development resources;
- Works with Support and operations teams to achieve client satisfaction for clients using the products;
- Coordinates technical product development and operations resources to establish and manage the overall release process from requirements planning to customer deployment;
- Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports;
- Support application documentation development;
