    Cerinte

    • Cunostinte temeinice de legislatia muncii;
    • Experiență de minim 2 ani în domeniul administrarii resurselor umane;
    • Bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare;
    • Bune abilitati de planificare si organizare a activitatii;
    • Cunostiinte de Utilizare calculator: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Charisma, Revisal;
    • Limba engleza (vorbit & scris) – avansat.

    Responsabilitati

    • Administrarea si actualizarea bazei de date de angajati;
    • Gestionarea dosarelor salariatilor;
    • Oferirea de consultanta in domeniul legislatiei muncii;
    • Intocmirea de raportari solicitate de management sau departamentele interne care au legatura cu activitatea de resurse umane;
    • Intocmirea documentelor primare ce tin de resurse umane (adeverinte, contracte de munca, acte aditionale, etc.);
    • Inregistrarea in REVISAL a contractelor de munca si a tuturor modificarilor la contractele de munca;
    • Intocmirea /actualizarea diverselor documente interne (ROI, regulamente, proceduri) conform legislatiei in vigoare.
