    Pentru clientul nostru, o importanta companie in distributia si comercializarea unei game diverse de produse reprezentative pentru cele mai renumite case producatoare de bauturi alcoolice, tigarete, produse cosmetice si accesorii, cautam o persoana dinamica si proactiva care sa se alature echipei:

     Minim 1 an pe o pozitie similara
     Studii superioare
     Cunostinte operare PC
     Limba engleza reprezinta un avantaj
     Aptitudini foarte bune de comunicare orala si in scris
     Aptitudini organizatorice
     Buna capacitate de organizare si de respectare a termenelor

    Responsabilitati

     Asigura in dublu sens fluxul informational intre firma si clientii externi, precum si intre departamentele firmei
     Tehnoredacteaza diferite materiale si redacteaza corespondenta zilnica
     Preia apelurile telefonice si realizeaza legatura cu interiorul si exteriorul firmei
     Gestioneaza documentele de interes general ale firmei
     Centralizeaza comenzile de papetarie, consumabile, uniforme angajati, ecusoane, felicitari angajati si asigura stocul minim necesar
     Sorteaza si inregistreaza corespondenta primita in registrul de intrari-iesiri
