1. Gestionarea aplicatiei interne cu privire la activitatea angajatilor (Admin Gatway), precum si pastrarea relatiei cu consultantii, in privinta utilizarii acestei platforme, respective:
- introducerea noilor angajati Vauban
- prezentarea procedurilor Vauban, noilor angajati
- urmarirea incarcarii pontajului lunar si indeplinirii procedurii de inchidere lunara a tuturor consultantilor Vauban
- urmarirea incarcarii lunare/ saptamanale a rapoartelor de activitate semnate de consultant si PM
- introducerea obiectelor de inventar achizitionate, precum si emiterea PV-urilor de predare/ primire a acestora
- introducerea autoturismelor noi achizitionate in modulul “Cars”, urmarirea valabilitatii ITP, Rovigneta si a politelor de asigurare ale parcului auto, precum si introducerea noilor polite intocmite. Intocmirea documentelor de utilizare a autoturismelor din flota auto Vauban, inclusive a foilor de parcurs.
- gestionarea modulului “Missions” prin urmarirea misiunilor deschise de consultantii Vauban, corectitudinea intocmirii deconturilor aferente.
2. Gestionarea relatiei cu societati precum Enel, GDF Suez,Posta, societati private sau de stat pentru facturi, contracte, autorizati, etc) si in interesele administratorului (ANAF, plati diverse)
3. Comandarea biletelor de avion, rezervari hotel
4. Comandarea produselor de birotica si curatenie
5. Corespondenta postala ( primirea si pregatirea plicurilor pt posta)
6. Suport oferit managerului general in diverse situatii aparute in cadrul firmei
7. Suport pentru consultantii Vauban
8. Obtinere caziere judiciare / certificate de atestare fiscal de la organelle abilitate
9. Tinerea evidentei delegatiilor si update-ul excelului in acest sens
10. Contactarea angajatilor pentru diverse probleme (incarcare rapoarte de activiatate, zile lucrate la client)
