    Responsabilitati

    • Procesarea solicitarilor de reziliere si retururi integrale si partiale;
    • Procesarea solicitarilor de actualizare date personale ale clientilor, modificare cont bancar, modificare data scadenta;
    • Procesarea solicitarilor de reziliere – transmitere catre Call Centerele externe abilitate, confirmare electronica sau prin posta scrisa a confirmarii de reziliere a unui program de asigurare de tip Telemarketing;
    • Raspuns in timp standard la solicitarile scrise, electronice, telefonice ale clientilor cat si la reclamatiile de tip OPC/ASF;
    • Identificare confirmari de primire si apeluri inrolare;
    • Ascultare apeluri inrolare, apeluri Welcome Call, apeluri Follow Up, apeluri reziliere, apeluri modificare, apeluri reclamatii si interpretarea acuratetii acestora.
    • Returnarea primelor de asigurare debitate in caz de eroare operationala;
    • Liant intre sediul central si partenerii companiei (institutiile financiare si Call Centere);
