    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Registers and processes the incoming and outgoing documentation
    • Inputs, checks and controlls operational data and information using specialized software and applications
    • Ensures correctness, completeness of the processed information, documents and their timely delivery to clients or partners
    • Supports receivables collection by contacting clients and keeping register over the communication for due payments
    • Prepares and controls the archive of the operational documentation in compliance with laws and corporate procedures
    WHAT DO WE EXPECT:
    • Competency in trade documentation processing
    • Experience with big strings of documents and data
    • Fluency in English language
    • Sound computer literacy, master skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
    • University degree
    • Very well organized person with systematic and analytical approach
    • Ability to communicate information and deliver results
