    Requirements

    Engineering background
    Risk assessment training
    Leadership & communications skills
    Skills on health & safety , emergency situations, environment- qualifications according with legal requirements and relevant experience
    Experience in Managing contracts & budgets
    Young, energetic, open mind, willing to the professional changes internally in BAT
    Internal auditor certification on ISO 18001 and 14001 Standards.
    Fluency in English
    PC skills in order to understand and use internal softwares

    Responsibilities

    Elaborates, implements and maintains an integrated management system, that ensures the best EHS practices to control the EHS risks in compliance with the BAT standards and policies and local legal requirements in order to reduce to minimum the risk of accidents, professional illness or environment damage and create the most safe conditions for people and environment.
    Makes sure that the entire organization implements the Group Standards and the initiatives that have as clear strategy the achieving of the zero incidents goal.
