    Requirements

    *English fluency required (reading and speaking).
    *Basic technological knowledge (Office, Internet etc.)
    *Strong interpersonal skills

    Responsibilities

    Answering employee questions
    Processing incoming mail
    Creating and distributing documents
    Providing customer service to organization employees
    Setting appointments and arranging meetings
    Maintaining calendars of HR management team and assisting in New Hire process
    Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets

    Terms
    - This is a full time position, 9 hours a day, 5 days a week.
