BIM MANAGER

• BS degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field
• User of Autodesk Revit to produce construction documents and presentation materials.
• Experience developing & executing BIM implementation plans.
• Capable of working on teams and independently.
• Excellent communication skills required

• Prepares the "BIM Execution Plan"
• Ensures the information quality of the model and the respect of the BIM charter
• Informs BIM coordinators of the evolution of the charter and procedures;
• Updates models (and other project documents) in the Common project information Management System.
• Monitors technology for BIM
• Management of used tools (Revit version, complementary tools);
• Checks with BIM coordinators encountered problems
• Acts back on the problems encountered or comment internally with co-workers and externally with stakeholders if necessary.
• Meetings with BIM Coordinators and BIM designer, interface definition and editing reports
• Participates in BIM coordination meetings (BIM and project control);
• Participates in Steering Committee of the different project stakeholders
• Manages the drawing list and seek the project manager’s approval for the intermediate and client submission dates
