    Cerinte

    • Excellent French skills & fluency in English (German would be a plus)
    • Advanced Power Point skills, creativity in designing presentations
    • Multitasking

    • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package

    Responsabilitati

    • Prepare and deliver Power Point presentations for top management level
    • Account Management support (French Accounts): maintain latest Account information (Annual Reports, dedicated CRM Views)
    • CRM Contact, Opportunity and Activity Management
    • Dedicated CRM reporting
    • Research (internal/external sources)
    • Pre- and post-event activities with CRM tracking for the French Accounts
    • Mailing Campaigns (preparation, implementation, follow-up)
    • Implement solutions; escalate unresolved problems
    • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned (e.g. Account Management support)
