- Capacitate de organizare a timpului si de prioritizare a task-urilor;
- Capacitate de concentrare pentru realizarea mai multor sarcini in acelasi timp;

- Bune abilitati de comunicare si negociere;
- Stapanirea pachetului Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel);
- Cunostinte Microsoft Outlook;
- Cunostinte minime de limba engleza.
- Asistarea Managerului de Operatiuni in probleme de comunicare, documentare si coordonare interna;
- Gestionarea corespondentei ( postala, electronica sau fax) si redistribuirea ei in cadrul departamentului;
- Redactarea de documente specifice la solicitatea Managerului de Operatiuni;
- Asigurarea activitatii de protocol in cadrul intalnirilor pentru departamentul Legal, in conformitate cu cerintele zilnice;
- Tehnoredactarea de materiale produse de serviciile functionale;
- Elaborarea si redactarea documentelor si situatiilor cerute de management, tine minuta sedintelor la care participa Manger operatiuni;
- Mentinerea legaturii cu clientii, furnizorii si alte categorii de personal care au legatura directa cu departamentul corporate;
- Organizeaza si participa la intruniri, asigurand necesarul pentru pregatirea Managerului de Operatiuni;
- Ofera suport pentru crearea de rapoarte zilnice/ saptamanale/ lunare pentru managementul superior.
