    Requirements

    • 3+ years previous experience in sales, product marketing or as technical expert
    • Very good agronomical background agronomical background (University degree in Agriculture)
    • Solid crop management knowledge
    • Very good understanding of technical and market aspects

    Responsibilities

    ACCOUNTABILITIES
    • Accountable for the following major areas: crop expertise, solution and new product launch maximization, claim opportunity support and collaboration at the farm-gate/ internally/ externally
    • Analyze data in relation to trial targets and share results & insights within the corresponding group to continuously improve our crop strategies
    • Actively contribute to the “Technical Launch Teams”
    o Identify potential solutions to address grower needs
    o Support new product launches via participation in trials and trainings
    o Ensure that “Technical Launch Plans” are adjusted to fit local CU needs.
    • Organize and locally manage field trial demonstration sites and liaise with growers in support of the local sales team
    • Provide agronomic support, training and coaching, to the sales force, key account managers, channel partners and grower customers
    • Support sales force to resolve grower complaints and create new opportunities
