    Requirements

    University degree in related field (Computer Science degree is considered an advantage)
    Good relational database knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server)
    SSIS is a plus
    IIS Web server configuration
    PHP (to troubleshoot or make small changes to existing pages)
    Basic Linux skills
    Active Directory, IT general knowledge
    Crystal Reports is a plus
    SharePoint is a plus
    Team worker and proactive attitude
    Problem-solving skills, analysis oriented, capability to manage small projects
    Can take ownership of the given tasks and pursue them to completion
    Good English knowledge

    Responsibilities

    Provides second level support for incoming requests and incident reports
    Administers Application servers, responsible for updates
    Installs, configures, tests, administers applications
    Administers and update database servers (MS SQL & Oracle DB)
    Manages application users, profiles
    Provides support for issues related to the application and their use, including transfer to other departments or third parties
    Logs own activity in ticketing system
    Completes and follows up all the documentation involved in daily activities
