Requirements

To complete our R&D team based in Timisoara and support our growth in Europe, we are looking for world class QA engineers that are innovators, end to end software experts that enjoy working with software for processing tremendous amounts of web data.

Your abilities need to be:
• At least 2 years of experience with software and web application testing and QA;
• Experience in Web and mobile application testing (iOS and Android platform);
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
• Enthusiastic about new Internet technologies and their development, interest in social networking sites;
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

It would be a great advantage to have:
• Experience in Test Automation (JMeter, Selenium etc.);
• Experience with Web API testing (POSTMAN, Fiddler, SoapUI);
• Good SQL knowledge and experience with some of the following technologies: C#, Perl, Python, Bash, JavaScript, Ajax, secure Web transactions, HTML, CSS, XML, etc;
• Experience with mobile development technologies and testing;
• Experience working in Agile (SCRUM) environment;
• Experience in client/customer services is a plus.

Responsibilities / Acomplishments

As a QA Engineer in Toluna you will own the entire testing lifecycle of one of the Toluna products and you will be an integral part of the release cycle of your product.

Your main tasks will be to:
• Participate in Agile planning and execution process;
• Write test plans, give feedback on product specifications and occasionally assist select customers with technical issues;
• Work closely with product, development and infrastructure teams;
• Be the gatekeeper of Toluna product development process, making sure our technology is delivered fast and bug-free;
• Make sure that your product’s test cycle is as automated as possible using the state of the art Software Test Automation tools;
• Work closely with other QA team members to share knowledge and improve Toluna QA process.
