For our internal client, an important player on the telecommunication market, we are building a young and talented team of Client Advisers with English and German!

Expectations:

- Good knowledge of English and German.
- Customer oriented attitude.
- Communication – sharing information.
- Excellent typing and computer skills (MS Office required).

Your daily responsibilities:

- Handling customer calls or emails and solving promptly the various issues that they report.
- Offering Support to customers via phone and e-mail in order to ensure the business objectives on a flexible schedule (8 hour shifts).
- Establishing and maintaining solid customer relationship.
- Assimilating and improving working procedures.
