As a Performance & Reporting Analyst for our Global Business Service Center, you will be responsible for reporting, structuring, analysing, and interpreting data and trend analysis to support the overall organization..
    You will also be responsible for the reporting of related metrics and key success measures that support the strategy for improved business performance and efficiency, including the collection, analysis, interpretation of insights and production of those metrics and measures into reports and visual aids for the team. You will lead data gathering and support benchmarking activities across the organization.

    WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

    Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
    • Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems, MS Office
    • Strong knowledge of Excel including macros, pivot tables, vlookups, charts and graphs
    • Good VB skills : develop tools to automate reporting process
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Deep analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong negotiation and decision making skills
    • Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments
    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal/external customer to drive change & continuous improvement
    • Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues in other locations
    • Solid time management skills
    • Business partnering experience – ability to build partnership relation with stakeholders
    Preferred:
    • Strong knowledge of Kellogg or other service center processes and procedures
    • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraint
    • Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment
    • Expertise in data visualization and report automation techniques and strategies (e.g., Tableau)
    • Training or certification in Six Sigma or LEAN

    Responsabilitati

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
    In your role as Performance & Reporting Analyst at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
    • Develop effective business facing metrics & ad-hoc reporting, through consultation with stakeholders, (via a dashboard approach) that aligns and supports the GBS strategy of Service Excellence and Performance Feedback
    • Manage data analysis and reporting to support the daily, weekly, monthly metrics that will enable GBS operations to run efficiently and effectively.
    • Responsible for all GBS reporting
    o Seamlessly integrate data from multiple complex data sources, organize data in formats that are easy to consume for the end-user.
    o Reconcile all report data to ensure accuracy before creating reports for publishing to the team
    • Current Reporting includes key reports such as, but not limited to:
    o Daily, weekly, and monthly standard operational reporting packs across all GBS service lines (Order to Cash, Hire to Retire, Procure to Pay, Source to Pay)
    o Annual metric and target setting reports
    o Governance reports that will be reviewed in the GBS Leadership Team meeting as well as the Executive Governance meeting.
    o Materials for Board of Director meetings
    • Analyse and interpret data from the metrics and reports, identifying trends, providing insights and recommending key actions including modelling “what if” scenarios for improvement of operational efficiency.
    • Uses the analysis of this data and root cause analysis problem solving methods to identify and correct errors in reports or metrics due to system or human action
    • Create impactful visual representations of metrics to aid understanding which will enable customers less familiar with data analysis and technology to easily interpret insights and determine strategic decisions.
    • Develop and deliver reporting and metrics training to GBS team
    • Partner with IT on identifying and suggesting areas of improvement on technology to support analysis objectives
    • Manages system issues/requests and submits IT tickets as needed
    • Responsible for work to further automate existing reports
