• Deep expertise in EDS development likely to have been gained through experience spanning a range of duties, companies, products, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of JLR systems particularly RMDV.
• Excellent knowledge of the EDS development process from start to Job1 + 90 and series.
• Sound understanding of automotive circuitry and harness installation.
• Skilled integration of packaging constraints and circuit requirements.
• Valid EU driving license.

• Personnel planning, recruitment, induction and ongoing development of team members.
• Act as internal and external contact person within the DV area; cooperate in internal working groups (e.g. lead, facilitate and document Meetings, reach agreements with customers and suppliers, etc).
• Create internal publications (e.g. technical reports, presentations, reports on project conclusion, functional profiles, etc) and present as required (internally).
• Support in determining and optimizing internal standards and processes within your area of expertise (e.g. internal and external, assure budget compliance as necessary, etc).
• Plan and administer the team budget for the RMDV team, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it.
• Support new and existing customer projects.
