- English and French languages essential, additional languages desirable in line with countries/business unit being supported

Lead role within HR Data Specialist team.
- To coach the team to drive efficiency and productivity and to take personal responsibility for the delivery and leadership of HR Data Specialist activities.
- Management responsibility and escalation point for HR Data Specialists supporting specified countries. Providing ongoing coaching and development of the individuals in the team to ensure optiomal productivity
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement within the HR Data Specialist team
Implement, support & champion Business change activities as required.
- Build strong and effective relationships across a wide range of business stakeholders to drive ownership,maintenance and process adherence for Master Data, sharing and driving best practice throughout the organisation.
- Provide a single point of contact for Business Stakeholders for specified country with respect to best practise data management, improvement and performance.
- Provide first level escalation for service issues.
- Deliver HR Data maintenance in line with agreed SLA's and meeting accuracy & quality stardards and targets. Support on key projects as and when required
