    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    - German skills (B2, C1)
    - Quick learner and very good understanding of technology
    - Customer-oriented thinking and acting
    - Very good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of English
    - Team orientation, flexibility and enthusiasm
    - Experience and knowledge in Helpdesk is an advantage
    - Possible working time of about 40 hours per week
    - Willingness to work in the evenings and at night, and on Saturday / Sunday in accordance with legal requirements

    Responsibilities

    - Respond to all customer enquirers within given timescales, efficiently and effectively
    - First Level Support - Central first point of contact for all internal technical requirements
    - Processing of issue/malfunctions
    - Intake, qualification and solution of IT issues/tickets
    - Analyzing and prioritizing of inbound request and IT issues concerning Hardware as well as Software
    - Forwarding of tickets to downstream support points
    - Routine testing and monitoring of the hardware infrastructure
    - Analyze and eliminate faults in collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
