Serial life electronic HW for electric and hybrid vehicle, Location:Titu/Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Engineer with degree in Electronics
- Knowledge in electronics, power electronics and electrical engineering
-Experience in electronics hardware design in automotive or equivalent environment is a plus
- Knowledge of development norms in automotive electronics is a plus
- Knowledge of embedded software
- Language: advanced level of English or French
- International skills: experience in working with foreign teams will be a plus
-Autonomous, synthesis capacity, communication abilities in multidisciplinary teams, open minded, open to challenges, team spirit

During the serial life phase, the electronic hardware person is responsible for following the technical evolutions / modifications of his component.

- Communicate quality problems in serial life to the supplier
- Manage and follow the supplier for quality improvement of the component
- Respect the milestones planning and the budget for serial life modifications
- Manage with the supplier and technical experts components obsolescence
- Define the modifications necessary in order to adapt the component to new functions (new vehicle project). In this context:
- Update product requirements
- Study and negotiate economical optimizations
- Study supplier technical proposals
- Retain the technical proposal with the project and the architects
- Make the contract for the technical and economical offer with the supplier
- During the modification phase of the component, he is responsible for:
- Supplier management in terms of Quality, Cost and Delay
- Development planning and validation
- Development budget
- Ensuring the quality commitments from the RFQ (request for quotation)
- Follow the corrections introduced for solving the quality issues in serial life
- Respect the company processes
- Manage the update of the company data base
- Manage the industrialization of components
- Follow the establishment of the serial production process
- Assure the reactivity for the plants in the industrialization phase
