    Requirements

    For one of our client who recently opened a Shared Service Center in Cluj-Napoca, we are looking for an HR Administrator with at least 1 year previous experience, fair excel skills, good knowledge of labour law and advanced German.

    Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities will include:
    - work contracts and personnel files
    - ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and according to legislation
    - informs departments/suppliers on new employees
    - offers support and participates at the employer branding events
    - other administrative HR tasks
