    Requirements

    YOU are the person we are looking for if you are:

    - Fluent in English/Italian/French (You will be in touch daily with Native speakers!)
    - Oriented to the client’s needs and driven by excellent results (You will be working with an International client!)
    - A positive person and a solution seeker
    - Attentive to the smallest details and procedures
    - Adaptable and empathetic

    Responsibilities

    YOUR job would be to:

    - Offer efficient support for buyers through:
    • Inbound calls
    • Emails
    • Live chat
    - Answer requests for information, solve complaints coming from buyers in an effective and calm manner
    - Offer suitable information and solutions, according to the company’s procedures
    - Keep contact and report to other departments when necessary
    - Follow the project’s steps and procedures
    - Daily reports of activity and situations
    - Escalate special situations to their supervisor in order to be solved
    - Respect the project’s deadlines and KPIs
